€270,000Apartment for sale in Rezidenca White Tower, Tirana
116 m²
We sell 2+ 1+ 2 apartment in one of the most quality constructions being built in the Paris Municipality. Net SIP - 96.7 m2 Gross SIP - 116 m2 The apartment is organized in a living room with cooking, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and balcony. The matrimonial room has its own toilet and the proposed building is conceived as an object developed in verticality. The facility, on the first 2 floors, is developed with service facilities in the form of offices and commercial premises. The above floors will be dwellings offering apartments from the most varied configurations with spacious spaces. The facade of the facility aims to have a symmetry in its grid, to be facilitated by an opening on the fourth floor, which in the contouring of the object itself is facilitated by the use of the glass element. This floor is higher in height than the average floor of the facility. The created grid comes with neutral color in the facade where the openings coincide with the function of the object itself. It is played with the pace on the facade starting from the arches on the ground floor, with vertical cracks on the first floors of services, continuing above the facade with a kind of vertical-horizontal rhythm on the crack. As can be seen the object on the grid of its facade there are some moments of greenery that coincide with the premises of "interior yards" for the apartments themselves.
