Up close, the playful interaction of the concept reveals its secrets and the compositions are drawn from the main road towards the park at the back, creating the most appropriate transition in terms of scale. Using abstraction and synthesis as working tools, the project seeks to offer a specific interpretation of Tirana's features, presenting a unique but essential and authentic outline. The entire project was developed using seven different types of domes, each of seven floors – an average height characteristic of most buildings in Tirana. Each cube embodies a unique concept related to art and also inspired by the local language. The initial construction phase consists of thirteen domes, each measuring 22.5m by 22.5m at three different heights, which gives the composition a fluid and dynamic profile. Price 2400€/m².
