I am not an agency. I am renting out a 2+1+2 apartment, 85 net square meters. Pets are allowed. It has two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a kitchen. The apartment is well-lit with a total of 8 windows plus the glass balcony door, facing north-east-south. There are 3 windows to the north in the kitchen; the balcony door and one window in the kitchen to the east; two windows to the east and one to the south in the master bedroom; and one window to the south in the small bedroom. The balcony has an unobstructed view of Mount Dajti, as do the windows facing east. It shares only one connecting wall with a neighbor (by the small bedroom and the bathrooms) and has neighbors below since it is on the top floor; the other three sides are open, so there are no issues with noise from neighbors. It features thermal insulation with stone wool, which is fire-resistant up to 2000°C, and double-glazed duralumin windows. I furnished the apartment because I lived there myself, so the goal was not to put in cheap furniture or appliances just for renting. In addition to typical household appliances like a refrigerator, oven, hob, extractor hood, washing machine, and TV (55" 4K Smart), it also has a dishwasher and a clothes dryer. There is air conditioning in all three spaces: the kitchen and both bedrooms. The appliances are energy-efficient and low-noise; the maximum utility bill was around 8,000 Lek in winter, while the lowest was 1,700 Lek. Dishes and cutlery sets, blankets, duvets, and bed sheets are also included. Two beds, one single and one double, with mattresses. The wardrobes in the master and small bedrooms and the kitchen furniture are as shown in the photos. The floor corridor also has 4 windows and ventilation. The apartment is located in the Mangalem 21 complex, Ali Demi, near the New Electric Market. It is entrance 3 right as you enter the complex, without going deep inside. There are 5 floors in total, with 4 apartments per floor on 3 of the floors, and the second floor is a commercial space. The elevator is Schindler and is used by 12 apartments, and the main entrance door downstairs requires a key. The apartment is available on July 4th.
